Operations Associate

The Operations Associate serves on the Operations team, which is responsible for managing efficient business operations and account-related projects. The Operations Associate’s primary function is to serve as contract administrator for a designated portfolio of existing clients.



  • Manage the preparation and revision of contracts for a personal portfolio of clients
  • Serve as point-of-contact for clients regarding contract negotiations, execution, and related needs
  • Coordinate the processing and documentation of contracts and related business paperwork
  • Liaise with internal and external accounting, procurement, and legal departments to ensure timely completion of all tasks related to contract administration
  • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution is in accordance with company policy
  • Build and manage relationships with clients and partners, representing Campus Labs’ interests while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Immediately resolve time-sensitive needs through effective communication and decision making
  • Manage customer relationship management database, including data entry, data reconciliation, and advanced levels of reporting
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status
  • Effectively manage the reconciliation of bulk-contract customers, ensuring that every client has a streamlined and efficient procurement experience


Required: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the fields of communication or business administration



  • 2-5 years of project management or related experience
  • Experience working with those in executive-level roles
  • A history of holding roles which require a high-volume of written and verbal communication


  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be able to use independent decision making, good judgement, and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Detail-oriented, while maintaining the ability to prioritize and facilitate multiple projects
